About
JAMIESON RANCH VINEYARDS
Jamieson Ranch Vineyards was founded in 2011. The winery is named after the historic rancher John Brocklebank Jameson, who helped to settle the Napa Valley.
Today, we pay homage to the rich ranching tradition of the Napa Valley and American West through our wines: Double Lariat, a double lasso, and Reata, the Spanish word for Lariat. A lariat is a rope that is made by interweaving many small threads. While the winery brings together rich threads of history, our winemaker brings together grapes grown in revered appellations to create unique and individual wines. Our brands, Whiplash and Light Horse, celebrate the horses that played an important role making the Napa Valley and American West what it is today.
